Title: Water/Wastewater Technical Lead
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

This organization is seeking a Water/Wastewater Technical Lead with a strong background in design to lead and execute impactful water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review technical reports, project scopes, schedules, and contract documents.
- Manage and perform detailed designs and field observations for water and wastewater projects.
- Coordinate with clients, external stakeholders, and technical sub-consultants to align project objectives.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
- PE License (preferred but not required).
- 7-15 years of experience with a strong focus on water and wastewater project design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience strongly preferred.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented professional capable of working independently or within a team.
