Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- At least 5 years of relevant water and wastewater systems experience
- Proficient with Autodesk Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater projects.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Supervise the preparation of technical reports, engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
