We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead our Water/Wastewater group in the Philadelphia area. This position focuses on designing and implementing wastewater treatment systems while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wastewater treatment systems and oversee feasibility studies, site assessments, and master planning.
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water and wastewater projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical support during construction phases.
- Manage and mentor design staff, ensuring quality, scope, and budget adherence.
- Oversee project timelines, address design challenges, and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering with a PE license.
- 8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience managing project teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
