Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Seattle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing water and wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in water and wastewater project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
