Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a related field) and eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one within six months of employment.

Responsibilities
- Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and preparation of plans for systems such as water distribution, sewage collection, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
- Provide technical oversight for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure design, including pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
- Identify business development opportunities, participate in client presentations, and promote company services to current and potential clients.
- Evaluate project opportunities, assist in consultant selection, and prepare qualifications and experience statements.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, draft professional service agreements, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Develop project work plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor production to ensure adherence to objectives.
- Supervise technical professionals, associate project managers, and design staff, including workload management.
- Track and report project financial performance to senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
