Job Description:
A client of mine is looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer and Project Manager to their collaborative team, focused on providing solutions for public and private sector clients. This role covers all stages of a project lifecycle, including planning, design, permitting, construction-phase services, and operations support.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer and Project Manager will work closely with clients and team members to:
- Develop plans to meet project and program objectives
- Manage and execute engineering design tasks
- Perform engineering calculations and evaluations
- Prepare detailed reports
- Conduct alternatives analyses
- Develop engineering plans and specifications
- Provide guidance on projects during construction
This position is tailored to match the specific experience and interests of the right candidate and offers the opportunity to grow both technically and managerially. The role can be fully remote for the right individual.
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Engineer-in-Training working toward P.E. certification
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater design, treatment, and/or permitting
- Experience in project management and/or client management
- Construction management experience preferred
