Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced professional to oversee and execute projects related to water and wastewater systems, including treatment facilities, pumping stations, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include project planning, design, and coordination, ensuring efficient execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects involving water and wastewater infrastructure, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Develop engineering designs, reports, plans, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and maintain client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to achieve operational goals.
- Provide technical guidance and strategic consultation to enhance project outcomes.
- Support business development by maintaining existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements and development of best practices.
- Deliver technical presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise engineering teams, fostering professional growth and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in related fields.
- Professional engineering license (Mechanical or Civil) required and in good standing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in technical writing, proposal development, and public presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
