Job Title: Water Reclamation Technical Leader

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000
About Us: We are industry leaders in Drinking Water solutions and are now expanding our footprint in the Water Reclamation market. We help our clients manage and recover resources such as potable water, carbon, and nutrients at their water reclamation facilities. Our expertise spans wastewater treatment and disinfection, biological nutrient removal (BNR), membrane bioreactors (MBRs), process modeling, biosolids, thermal hydrolysis, and energy recovery.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Technical Leader with a specialization in Water Reclamation to drive our growth in this market. This is a strategic hire and a top priority for our company. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience and will play a crucial role in leading multi-discipline water reclamation projects, providing technical leadership, and coordinating the technical content of both design and non-design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-discipline water reclamation projects.
- Provide technical expertise in wastewater treatment, BNR, MBRs, and other related disciplines.
- Coordinate the technical content of projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
- Work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
- Engage in project phases including Pursuit (5%), Planning (25%), Execution (65%), and Close Out (5%).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience directly related to water reclamation
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a technical specialist or task leader role.
- Experience with multiple project delivery types such as design-build and design-bid-build.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
