Responsibilities:
The tasks involved in this role include:
- Planning for potable water systems, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Creating contract drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D and/or BIM software platforms.
- Developing technical specifications for projects.
- Preparing regulatory and technical permits.
- Overseeing the construction of potable water-related projects.
- Scoping projects and managing budgets.
- Engaging with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and the general public.
Qualifications:
Qualities and qualifications we seek include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
- Prior experience interacting with clients, including participation in council/board meetings.
- Experience in project management.
- Over 10 years of experience working with potable water systems.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM, BioWin, and Arc View is preferred.
