With a deep commitment to sustainability, innovation, and client success, we are looking for a strategic and experienced Water Client Services Director to join their established group in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives, foster client relationships, and drive sales efforts for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring financial, technical, and schedule expectations are met.
Provide senior-level project management, technical planning, and design expertise for water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, sewer and combined sewer overflow systems, and other water resource projects.
Prepare qualifications summaries, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts.
Mentor and guide senior, mid-level, and junior engineering staff to foster professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
Represent the company in client meetings, public forums, and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or any relevant field.
Professional Engineering (PE) License required.
12+ years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and maintain positive client relationships.
Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing project budgets, proposals, and cost estimates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams.
