Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager/Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage a variety of water and wastewater projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects, including facilities, pipelines, and more.
- Oversee project planning, design, and construction phases.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and review for project designs.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Required Expertise:
- Water and Wastewater Engineering: Extensive experience in designing and managing facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure projects.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Design Review and Guidance: Strong skills in guiding and reviewing design work, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in civil or environmental engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a relevant degree.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- 8-12 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, including facilities and pipelines.
- Strong project management skills and experience in guiding and reviewing design work.
