Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to lead an Electrical Utilities ConstructionDivision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale energy projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Substation and BESS Construction Division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of substation and BESS construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize project performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to support project success and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the division's portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on substation and BESS construction.
