Job Title: Travelling Senior MEP Superintendent for Data Center Projects
Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior MEP Superintendent. This role involves managing large-scale data center projects, with extensive travel or relocation requirements to various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for data center construction projects.
Ensure all project activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of MEP professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
