Job Description: Seeking an experienced Travelling MEP Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Develop and implement work schedules, identifying critical paths and expediting materials and equipment.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labor to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct quality control inspections and tests to verify proper functioning of MEP systems.
Lead and manage a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors, fostering a positive work environment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MEP systems.
Ensure all MEP activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Travel extensively to various project sites as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction, with a focus on data centers.
Detailed understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including integrated testing and troubleshooting.
Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Willingness to travel.
