**Transportation Project Manager - Highway & Roadway**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Transportation Project Manager to join our team in one of our Kansas offices (Wichita, Manhattan, Salina, or Beloit)! The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on highways and roadways, with 6-10 years of experience in transportation engineering and design, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kansas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee transportation projects focused on highways and roadways.
- Utilize DOT design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, GeoPak, and OpenRoads to develop and analyze project plans.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct occasional site visits to monitor project progress and compliance.
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kansas.
- 6-10 years of experience in highay/roadway engineering and design.
- Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, GeoPak, and/or OpenRoads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the Department of Transportation (DOT) or municipal agencies is preferred.
