Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).
- 3-12 years of experience in transportation engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transportation design software (e.g., OpenRoads, MicroStation) and traffic modeling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
