Civil Engineers with a passion for transportation and design, we have an exciting opportunity with one of our top clients to join a dynamic team focused on innovative highway projects. As part of our expansion plans in Madison, your expertise will be pivotal in advancing the efficiency and safety of Wisconsin's road networks.
Your Role:
- Perform planning and engineering studies
- Engage extensively in report writing
- Contribute to automated highway design including drainage systems
- Prepare plan documentation while managing quantity takeoffs
- Develop construction cost estimates leveraging Civil 3D software
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience with WISDOT projects (Wisconsin Department Of Transportation)
- Proficiency using Civil 3D
- Between 1 -8 years of relevant professional experience
The selected candidate will enjoy the flexibility offered by hybrid work arrangements after three months-balancing office collaboration with two days at home-and contribute directly under experienced leadership without direct reports. Preferred candidates hold EIT or PE certifications; however, all talented individuals are encouraged to apply if they meet the core skillset mentioned above.
Salary expectations range between $65,000-$100,000 based upon background and level of experience.
