Technical Asset Manager

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Technical Performance Monitoring: Oversee and analyze the performance of solar assets, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal energy production.
- Maintenance and Inspections: Coordinate and supervise regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize asset efficiency.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with equipment suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to asset performance, energy production, and maintenance activities. Generate detailed reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with asset operations, including technical failures, regulatory compliance, and health and safety concerns.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration of new assets into the existing portfolio and support the commissioning of new projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar operations and maintenance, performance analytics, or technical asset management.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python), and experience with SCADA systems.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
