Position: Survey CAD Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and plans for land surveying projects.
- Collaborate with surveyors and project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Process and analyze survey data to create topographic maps, boundary surveys, and ALTA surveys.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all drawings and plans.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Maintain and update survey CAD files and records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Technician in land surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant surveying software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing survey drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
