Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Subcontractor Manager to oversee and manage subcontractors on large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in subcontractor management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive project success through effective coordination and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
