Role Responsibilities:
Conduct forensic investigations to assess structural failures and material deficiencies.
Analyze structural damage and material performance to determine causes of failure and recommend remediation strategies.
Prepare detailed forensic reports, including findings, conclusions, and expert recommendations.
Collaborate with legal teams, insurance companies, and clients to provide technical expertise in structural forensic cases.
Perform site inspections, collect evidence, and document findings with a focus on structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Support litigation efforts by serving as an expert witness when required.
Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes related to structural forensic engineering.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in structural forensic engineering, failure analysis, or materials testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and report writing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in forensic structural engineering.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant certification is a plus.
