Structural Group Leader - Buildings
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Structural Buildings Group, fostering growth and mentorship.
- Oversee and coordinate structural design efforts for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage, review, and ensure quality control of structural design packages, including plans, schedules, details, and calculations.
- Design and review structural systems for various building types, including K-12, healthcare, commercial, retail, multi-family residential, industrial, and institutional buildings.
- Supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, and BIM Technicians.
- Set and maintain project budgets, ensuring successful project completion.
- Engage in business development activities, including project pursuits, client management, and organizational involvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salaries:
- Project Engineer: $135,000 - $170,000 (Commensurate with experience and can go beyond stated amount)
- Licensure Importance: Preference for SEs who can stamp their own work, with higher pay for licensed engineers.
