We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team in Portland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural components for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
