Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- Experience (3-5 years) in structural engineering design, analysis, and project management.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in structural analysis software
- Experience with construction materials including concrete, steel, wood, and composites.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software for structural drawings.
Skills
- Attention to detail in structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot issues and find optimal engineering solutions.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
