Role Overview
Purpose: This is a high-impact customer-facing role.
As a Sr. Solution Architect, you will lead technical and application discussions with customers for Industrial AI, SCADA, MES, and Digital Transformation engagements. Help the commercial team drive technical solutions that solve problems for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer-facing activities: technical events, meetings, product updates, and webinars.
- Develop solutions, including Bill of Materials and Proposal Development.
- Create product and technology roadmaps.
- Develop sales collaterals.
- Be the product and technology champion for our team.
Function:
- Expertise in Controls, SCADA, OT Security, MES, Analytics, and control-centric platforms.
- Shape and lead discussions with customers.
- Coordinate presales solution architecture activities.
- Maintain communication with vendors and update the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute technical pre-sales activities.
- Track metrics in a dashboard.
- Teach others about key vendor products and technologies.
- Support and co-develop quotes and proposals.
