A leading midstream engineering services firm is looking for a Sr. Process Engineer to deliver engineering and consulting services across a wide range of projects and disciplines. The Sr. Process Engineer will be responsble for conducting field investigations, performing engineering analyses and calculations, providing recommendations, and drafting detailed reports. Responsibilities also include reviewing drawings and overseeing construction to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. The position involves preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and cost estimates, tracking project progress and budgets, and making necessary adjustments. Additionally, the role requires researching and resolving design and construction challenges using sound engineering principles.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages the full lifecycle of large, complex projects, encompassing design, development, material procurement, construction, and final execution.
- Mentors entry-level engineers in developing process solutions, ensuring compliance with codes and engineering standards, maintaining company and safety protocols, and following best engineering practices.
- Acts as a technical lead for both operations and engineering teams, offering troubleshooting support, engineering guidance, and field assistance for intricate challenges, including multidisciplinary coordination.
- Participates in Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, collaborating with local PSM personnel to maintain Process Safety Information (PSI), develop Management of Change (MOC) procedures, conduct Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs), and engage in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and Layers of Protection Analyses (LOPAs).
- Oversees process simulations and utilizes simulation models for troubleshooting, project planning, training, and cost estimation.
- Collaborates with engineering and business development teams to support project planning and cost estimation efforts.
- Evaluates facility and equipment designs from a process perspective, providing specifications for equipment and instrumentation.
- Conducts data analysis and performs engineering calculations and assessments.
- Establishes clear objectives, works toward achieving targets, and defines the vision and necessary steps for success.
- Ensures adherence to safety and security protocols, taking appropriate actions beyond standard guidelines when necessary.
- Performs additional related tasks as required.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or operations support.
- Proficiency in engineering analysis, including the use of specialized software.
- Prior experience in the natural gas industry.
