Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with external partners to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials and ensure consistent branding.
- Update website content, optimize search engines, and analyze metrics to improve online presence.
- Coordinate participation in market events and represent the company at selected tradeshows.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key insights.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the environmental technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
