My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer / Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acoustics, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client management to drive the success of their consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a variety of acoustic consulting projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct acoustic measurements, analysis, and modeling.
Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on acoustical issues.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate acoustic solutions into design and construction projects.
Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in acoustic consulting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in acoustic consulting or a related field.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong technical knowledge in acoustics, noise control, and vibration analysis.
Proficiency with acoustic modeling software and measurement tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional certification or licensure in acoustics or engineering is preferred.
