Senior Director/Vice President, Project Development
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and drive 100+ MW of national C&I solar projects to completion. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to guide enterprise clients through successful solar projects, requiring a blend of client-facing skills, technical expertise, and strategic solutions development.
Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive solar strategies for corporate and real estate clients.
- Guide clients through the project development cycle, including project qualification and analysis.
- Manage solar RFPs, analyze proposals, and advise clients on selecting a solar developer.
- Enhance internal processes and strategy, working cross-functionally to improve service offerings.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in C&I solar project development, finance, or related fields.
- Graduate degree preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and guide client decision-making.
- Proven track record in guiding corporate and real estate clients on solar projects.
- Comfortable traveling regionally.
