We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site/Civil Project Manager to join our team in Detroit. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on transformative land development projects within Michigan's vibrant civil engineering sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from budgeting and scheduling to health, safety, and compliance on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed budgets and schedules tailored specifically for each project.
• Meticulously monitor ongoing progress against these plans while making necessary adjustments when required.
• Rapidly identify any issues that could impact timelines or outcomes; efficiently resolve them by leveraging available resources effectively,

. Necessary Skills & Expertise:,

• B.S, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Michigan Engineering License
• Experience with grading, drainage, soil erosion - has worked across either commercial, industrial or residential projects
• Driver's license
