The ideal candidate will have experience working with landowners, farmers, and local authorities to secure sites for development. Familiarity with the Christchurch region and its unique landscape is essential. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of zoning and permitting processes, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
