Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

About the Role:
As a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers, planners, and environmental scientists to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and contribute to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee the design and implementation of advanced water treatment facilities.
- Manage the rehabilitation and upgrade of aging wastewater infrastructure such as pump stations and conveyance systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
