What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage geotechnical aspects of tunnel engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct detailed geotechnical investigations and analyses for tunnel design and construction.
- Oversee the preparation of geotechnical reports, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Engage in client interactions, business development, and project proposals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on tunnel projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong technical expertise in geotechnical investigations, soil and rock mechanics, and tunnel design.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnel projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Salary Range:
