My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager for their Structural Division to launch a new office in the Syracuse Metro Area. This role involves strategic planning, team recruitment, productivity, quality control, business development, client satisfaction, staff career development, and financial management. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact, presenting solutions and driving business development.
- Lead and mentor a team of multidisciplinary engineers.
- Collaborate on growth strategies and stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum 15 years of engineering industry experience.
- Business development and public presentation experience.
- Knowledge of state and local site design standards and regulations.
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
