Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and evaluation of intricate structural systems, guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Work together with project managers, architects, and fellow engineers to achieve successful project outcomes. Offer technical support and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional advancement and growth.
- Perform site visits and inspections to evaluate structural stability and detect possible concerns.
- Draft and examine technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is an advantage.
- 12+ years professional experience in structural engineering.
- Structural Engineer (SE) license Required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license Preferable.
- Proficient in structural analysis software and familiar with industry design codes.
- Knowledgeable in seismic design and structural analysis.
- Skilled in working with BIM software.
- Experience managing projects effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
