Job Title: Senior Roadway Project Manager
Location: Dallas, Austin, Houston, or San Antonio, TX
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead the execution of transportation projects, focusing on highway/roadway design. You will manage engineering design, client relationships, project coordination, and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution, ensuring engineering design aligns with objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities, present to clients, and promote the firm's services.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with terms and overseeing subcontractors.
- Prepare work plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure project compliance with quality and financial goals.
- Mentor junior staff and take on additional assignments.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in highway/roadway design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Schematic and PS&E processes.
- Texas PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Excellent project financial management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
