Key Responsibilities:

- Lead marketing and business development efforts to expand the group's market presence.
- Participate in professional organizations and client presentations.
- Manage project pricing, budgets, and resources, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Oversee subconsultants and lead the production of proposals and interviews.
- Serve as a technical resource for project engineers and staff.
- Identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment and performance reviews for team members.
Required Skills:

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
