Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team for the role of managing land development projects. With over 10 years of experience under your belt, this job opportunity offers you the chance to work on exciting commercial and residential projects that will challenge you professionally.
Qualifications:
- P.E License
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
Skills:
- AutoCAD software proficiency
- Mentoring and training abilities
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
1. Oversee all aspects of project management from inception through completion.
2. Collaborate with clients regularly during each phase ensuring successful delivery within budgeted timelines.
3. Manage multiple teams including engineers, architects contractors etc., effectively delegating tasks while providing direction when necessary.
4.Plan construction activities; manage budgets by tracking costs against forecasts; review contractor estimates & negotiate final agreements with vendors/subcontractors/customers where applicable;
5.Provide leadership throughout process using technical expertise alongside strong communication skills both written/verbal so stakeholders are aware at every stage what is going on!
