Role Responsibilities:
- Organize kick-off, milestone, and closeout meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee and maintain adherence to project timelines.
- Cultivate strong connections through clear communication and a client-focused approach.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, documenting conditions with sketches, photos, and measurements.
- Manage a team of 2-4 employees, providing guidance and expertise.
- Maintain organized records, correspondence, and drawings in company systems.
- Proactively address discrepancies and escalate unresolved matters.
- Gather and relay post-project feedback for enhancements
- Lead design, calculations, and preparation of drawings and specifications.
- Assess existing conditions and identify potential structural or material issues.
- Supervise material, structural, and performance tests; interpret results for project decisions.
- Create detailed field and expert reports outlining findings and recommendations.
- Evaluate technical data and third-party submissions for accuracy and quality.
- Work with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment and address concerns.
- Provide expert insights during mediations and legal proceedings when required.
