Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI)

Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) projects in Texas, with a strong emphasis on business development. The ideal candidate will have over 25 years of experience in the field and established relationships with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CEI market. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the company's presence in Texas.
- Oversee and manage multiple CEI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations for new projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and competitive proposals.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and expand professional connections.
- Ensure all projects comply with TxDOT standards and regulations. Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee project excellence.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 25 years in construction engineering and inspection, with significant experience in business development and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas is required. Additional certifications in project management and construction are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Established relationships with TxDOT and other relevant authorities in Texas.
