Seeking an experienced project manager!
We are currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our client's team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in site/civil land development design and be well versed in managing projects.
Qualifications:
- P.E. license (Pennsylvania preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- At least ten (10) years of technical experience in commercial/pharmaceutical sectors
- Competent in managing projects related to civil/land development
Skills:
Leadership & Communication Skills:
As a project manager, we expect candidates must be able to articulate technical information clearly both verbally and in written form. Candidates should also possess strong leadership skills, enabling them to handle project teams effectively.
Project Management Abilities:
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent time-management abilities as well as effective budgeting strategies when necessary. Candidates also should be able to think critically about problem-solving approaches.
Technical Expertise - Land Development Design :
Our perfect fit would have previous hands-on involvement managing various stages involved with the layout/design/approval process associated with commercial/pharmaceutical subdivisions .
