Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their dynamic team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a project manager in the construction of water/wastewater treatment plants.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
