Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager:
You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective delivery within budget and schedule. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, managing costs, field labor, and subcontractors, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical construction projects of various sizes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, schedule, deliverables, and risks.
- Manage HVAC and Plumbing installations to meet code requirements.
- Set up job costing systems and evaluate estimates.
- Negotiate vendor and subcontractor purchase orders.
- Conduct monthly reports and cost reviews.
- Build and maintain strong customer relations.
- Develop and evaluate field personnel.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or significant related experience.
- 7+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in mechanical construction/plumbing.
