We are looking for a Mechanical Travelling Senior Project Manager with experience working on $50M+ projects for a leading mechanical contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to work on large scale $50m+ projects such as healthcare, manufacturing and data centers
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manager successfully subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budget.
- Mentor and upskill project managers and assistant project managers
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports and supervise indirect reports.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
- Lead strategic planning and project submittal, request for information and change order process
Qualifications:
- Experienced working on $30M+ projects
- Experienced leading a team on multi-million dollar projects
