Senior Project Manager Position
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Lead marketing efforts
- Develop strategies
- Identify prospects, prepare proposals, and present to clients
- Manage project budgeting and contracting

- Engage with clients and promote the company through community activities
- Support market business plan development and client engagement strategies
- Leverage technical and management resources to expand the company's market presence
Project Execution:
- Oversee engineering managers
- Set and implement project performance goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and project representatives
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, and payments
- Lead project performance reviews
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of water/ wastewater experience
- Professional Engineering License
- Skilled in contract negotiation, including terms, risks, pricing, and payment terms
