Summary: An industry leading owner/operator, focused on solar and storage projects is looking to bring on a Senior Project Development Manager. They offer their large-scale commercial, industrial, and municipal clients a custom clean energy solution. This individual will work closely and efficiently in a cross-functional team environment with the goal of evaluating project viability and driving purchased assets to notice to proceed.
The Senior Project Development Manager is responsible forโฆ
- Execute project development with a focus on Site Diligence, Interconnection, Incentives, Real Estate, and Permitting.
- Work with internal Sales, Engineering and Project Finance teams as needed to drive development activities forward and ensure overall project success.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets using MS Project and Excel.
- Manage and contract external engineering firms for surveying, environmental conditions, civil design, etc. as needed.
The Senior Project Development Manager should have the following qualificationsโฆ
- Ideally 3+ years of project management or development experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Natural Resources, Planning, or Construction Management or related field.
- Ability to travel as needed.
