Senior AV Production Manager/Project Manager - New York/New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their audiovisual needs and requirements, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Manage the production and execution of complex AV projects, including audio and video conferencing, live events, digital signage, and multimedia installations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to procure necessary equipment, resources, and services.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV equipment and systems during live events and installations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits and assessments to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in audiovisual technology, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in audiovisual production and management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of audiovisual technologies, including audio and video processing, signal routing, and control systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
