Job Summary: The Senior Manager of PPA in Renewable Energy will lead the negotiation, execution, and management of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for wind, solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy market, regulatory environment, and financial aspects of PPAs in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation and execution of PPAs with utilities, corporate off-takers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, and corporate clients.
- Develop strategies to optimize the financial performance of PPAs.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on PPAs.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing PPAs for wind, solar, and BESS projects.
- Experience working in the Japanese renewable energy market is highly desirable
