**Senior Land Surveyor - San Luis Obispo, California**

As a Senior Land Surveyor:
* Provide oversight of staff drafting and other office related tasks
* Perform field surveys as crew chief or as crew member acting in a mentorship role on as needed basis
* Leverage software skills for geospatial measurements related to large-scale transportation projects.
* Play a key role in the succession planning of the land survey department under the guidance of a dual licensed professional
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* 4+ years of land surveying experience
* LSIT/PLS preferred but not required
* Project experience related to ALTA/TOPO/boundary maps, legal descriptions, etc.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, & Trimble Business Center software

Starting compensation range is $120,000 with flexibility to exceed that based on qualifications.
