Job Description: The firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee a range of projects, including habitat restoration, fish passage, and the design of river, floodplain, wetland, and watershed-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver projects involving the creation of reports, evaluation of project alternatives, and design of water-related projects.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Oversee project tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Experience in consulting, managing projects involving report production, evaluation of project alternatives, and design of water-related projects.
- Ability to manage projects and tasks and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- 5+ years of experience in public works or engineering consulting.
- Collaborative and respectful communication style, with a desire to work with diverse teams.
Desired Skills/Attributes:
- Registered Civil Engineer in California.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, plus incentives for developing new business/clients.
